Collection and Self-Tow Information
For insurance purposes, customers wishing to self tow must collect the caravan in person directly from our site. Our team will ensure the caravan is fully prepared and ready for handover at the time of collection.

All delivery and collection services include full siting and setup, ensuring the caravan is ready for immediate use upon arrival. For campsite or event deliveries, it is not always necessary for the hirer to be present, provided suitable siting instructions and key handover arrangements have been agreed in advance.
